I would like to thank the Zeta Kappa Lambda Education Foundation and the men of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. for selecting me as 2022 scholarship recipient. It is truly an honor. My current career aspirations are to become an OB/GYN where I can serve African American communities who are most impacted by maternal and child death.

The ZKL Foundation was key in propelling me to where I am today. As the Founder and President of The Inclusive Cultural University (ICU), I interact with individuals from ALL walks of life with the intent of connecting humans based on Respect. The ZKL Scholarship allowed me to be financially stress-free and capable of seeing more of Europe like the rest of my travel mates – also traveling to Austria, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, and Crete.

Without the opportunity and blessing I was given to be a Zeta Kappa Lambda Education Foundation Scholarship Recipient, I would have never been able to attend my first year at Xavier University of Louisiana. The scholarship meant hope and opportunity for me

My ZKL scholarship was the largest scholarship I received and it helped me pay for a tremendous amount of my fees at Spelman College. I will forever be grateful to the Zeta Kappa Lambda Education Foundation for providing me with this opportunity

Being awarded the ZKL scholarship gave me more opportunity to focus on my studies with the changes to my program so I am able to dedicate more time to adjust to the changes and also excel. The scholarship was also encouragement for me to keep following my dreams
